Rick's Picks Kool Gherks are an aromatic take on the traditional whole dill pickle. Crunch them whole or slice them up thinly and serve with cheeses, charcuterie, even on bread and butter. Rick's use a lot less salt than most picklers, so the brine is great for sipping, and is claimed to be a wonderful aid to digestion. Kool Gherks were prize winners at the Rosendale International Pickle Festival.  Rick Field's pickles - made in New York - were recently featured in the New York Times, Bob Appetit, and on The Food Network, The Martha Stewart Show and Good Morning America.
