Daddy Hinkle's Instant Meat Marinade - Hotter 'n $700! This jalapeño and red pepper meat marinade is in a convenient single serve two part container of wet marinade and dry rub components. Daddy Hinkle calls it "Hotter 'n $700". We find it a just a bit spicy but gentle enough for most folks. It's more than a marinade. The only thing better than the way Daddy Hinkle's enhances beef, pork or poultry is the way it brings out great taste in all your favorite recipes. Sprinkle on grilled veggies; stir some into a skillet of potatoes. This package will marinate about 2 lbs. of meat. Following the package instructions marinade the meat in the wet portion then dust it with the dry portion. Cook and enjoy. We served pork tenderloin last week using Daddy Hinkle's Hotter 'n $700 and the dinner guests are still talking about it! Contains soy.
