Crespi Olivada is made in Ceriana Italy, located in the western part of the Liguria region.  Italy's Costa di Fiore along the Mediterranean Sea. Ceriana is a small village located high in the hills above San Remo, the primary city of theItalian Rivera. The roads to Ceriana are so steep and the curves so severe that trucks above a certainsize cannot navigate them.

Crespi Olivada(Black Olive Sauce). Crespi uses Taggiasaca olives, lemon juice, fresh herbs, wine vinegar, and olive oil in their Olivada (Black Olive Paste), making it by hand in a true artisanal manner.
